How the hell do you get the "thing that moves window up and down" off the door?

Hi Folks, I have a BMW mini cooper with orange dash lighting and dials. It has the stock OEM CD Radio Boost system in it. This is adequate but is really below par compared to what 'could be'. Anyone seen a small device (about the size of a 10p) you then place it on your mobile & you then tune your radio to settings 88.7 and your phone is then linked up to the car speakers, so when a call comes in it mutes the radio and the sound from your phone comes through your speakers.
