Hi all This isn't intended as an advert, I have an Evolution ev200 MIDI keyboard that is faulty (problem with onboard amp and powerswich). It was previously working and I was going to sell on EBay before discovering the problem with the onboard amp (crackling noise) - MIDI is fine, and then breaking the power switch (needs soldering / new switch) when I opened it up to have a look. Doh!.

When I listen to some speakers, the stereo imaging is amazing - you can pinpoint each member of the band on the stage infront of you, yet other speakers do not have this property. From a design point of view, how do you go about achieving superb stereo imaging? Thanks for any explanations...

Anyone know of an easy to use programmable remote control? Having recently upgraded most of the stuff in my house I now have a remote for TV, VCR, DVD recorder, Hi-Fi, set top box and... my gas fire. Ideally I would programme all of the main functions into a single remote control so that I would only have to use the proper ones for doing adjustments etc. Can anyone recommend such a remote?

I've had my Sony hard disk recorder for about a month, and have managed to load about 200 CD's into it. Tonight it has decided that all my files are in PCM format when they are actually ATRAC. Hence I get nothing but white noise. Obviously it's going back to the shop tomorrow, but I just wondered if anyone else had this problem with their machine? I think I'll make my own PC-based...

I've recently got a pair of B&O Beovox S45, they are in lovely condition but one of the speakers is very "quite". I'm guessing this it's a fault with the crossover. I've checked and they are no obvious dry joints. Any recommendations how I can get it fixed ? Many Thanks Ed

After 2 sets of Input/Ouput Cards for JBL's external active DX-1 Low level network crossover. The cards and the DX-1 were made for JBL's XPL-200 speakers.
