Resonances: I have four Kef B139 bass drivers which I plan to put into a pair of isobaric bass cabinets. The nominal resonant frequency of this driver is 25Hz, but the Kef specs mention that this is subject to a variation of +/- 5Hz. Would it be a good thing to try an establish the actual resonant frequency of each driver, such that some attempt can be made at matching the pairing that goes...

I've found a forthcoming power amplifier that I may be interested in, but the only specs available at present are that it does 500W into 8 ohms bridged for mono, and 230W per channel into 4 ohms. At the entry level the consumer seems to be fairly well served by what is stocked in the cheap to medium price range on department store shelves. Mass production and competiton has to a large extent worked. Hiya. I'm looking for some sort of tool where I can feed in a stereo MP3 file and have it merge the two streams into a mono MP3? (But otherwise retaining the full quality of sound that goes in.) I'm hoping that by losing the useless extra stream, the MP3 file could take up less space on my flash memory card. (I still have the original CDs if that helps.) Many thanks.

Have you heard of the ESP 1010 audio interface? Its looks similar in function to Layla3G with 2 mic pre's and 6 balannced TRS inputs, 8 outputs, rack mount and PCI interface but no auto sensing mic/TRS input and no well recognized name I guess.
