KEF Concord Speakers by
Peter A Forbes
We are thinking of selling our pair of Concords which we have owned since new in
1969.
They are in good condition and we have the original boxes (bl**dy huge!) with
the Lugtons delivery label on.
Anyone got any suggestions as to value please? They are Teak with Black central
rib, the thin foam that was behind the expanded aluminium has disintegrated with
the years so we'll probably need to get...

Triode project - Epilogue by
Keith G
A quick thank you to *everyone* who volunteered suggestions to cure the hum
problem on triode amp project. None of them were without merit, but the
problem was being caused by no more than the B+ being lifted from the wrong
side of the choke (itself a component of the circuit's 'pi filter') due to
some wattock reading the circuit wrong!! (Which is a bit of a mystery in
itself, because I'm the...

Marantz CD67 MKII SE Problem by
Mark Trueman
Hi,
I have a problem with my Marantz CD67 MKII SE cd player. When initially
turned on the cd player has trouble finding CD tracks, sometimes coming up
with No Disc. If a CD plays in the player, it does so, but is completely
drowned out by a crackling noise.
However, if you leave the player on for an hour or so, it seems to 'warm up'
and is able to play the CDs almost as normal (there is still a...

Copland CD player remote problem. by
Richard Markham
Hi, Anyone got a Copland CDA266 and lives near Reading?
I have one with a duff remote, but I'd like to test the remote on
another player just to make sure it's the remote and not the player at
fault.
Cheers,

Windows Sound Recorder by

I apologize if this is the wrong group for this question. If there's a
better group to ask, please point me in that direction.

decrease the speed, then put it onto a CD-ROM.
