can anyone tell me if i need any conector blocks to fit a JVC Kd-g312 to a rover 45 or will it just plug straight in?

I have a Cambridge Audio A1mk3SE amp. It says it takes speakers from 6 ohm to 16 ohm. I have two sets of 8 ohm speakers. I'd like to use either or both sets. (Well actually probably just both). Can I use a switch box such as Maplin CN42? This talks about a 4 ohm minimum load - presumably what you get from 2x 8 ohms in parallel. That would be below the 6 ohm rating. Anybody know a supplier of tiny drive belts? I've just fettled a linear tracker and have had to use an ordinary elastic band to replace a tiny little 'tired' drive belt. Hi, I'd like to stream whatever is playing on my PC to my stereo which is in another room about 8 meters away. I have a set of wireless headphones which work perfectly in the other room. Can I strip the headphones and wire them up to my stereo?
